As an AI Developer in the testing domain, you'll bring your expertise in machine learning, automation, and QA to the table. You'll help evolve intelligent solutions like our AI Workflow Framework and collaborate with the team to build scalable systems that blend proven testing methods with cutting-edge AI technologies. Your work directly contributes to making development and testing more intelligent, efficient, and future-ready.

These Tasks Await You With Us

• You bring your AI expertise to the table to evolve solutions like our AI Workflow Framework and develop hands-on, effective approaches to automated testing.
• You work closely with clients to integrate AI into their QA workflows and craft efficiency-driven strategies tailored to their needs.
• You take ownership of the end-to-end development of AI-powered testing solutions – from data preparation and model training to production deployment.
• You design robust, scalable AI infrastructure and automate test pipelines end-to-end – including smart test case generation, adaptive execution, and analytical evaluation.
• You monitor the accuracy and performance of deployed models and continuously drive improvements.
• Throughout, you ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements – by design and by implementation.
  
  

How You Can Contribute Your Strengths With Us

• You have solid expertise in AI-based architectures and frameworks – such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, PromptTemplates, or Agents – and use them purposefully to build innovative AI solutions.
• You combine your experience in test automation, testing processes, and quality assurance with modern, AI-supported testing methods.
• Python is your go-to language, and you're confident in working with REST APIs (e.g. OpenAI, JIRA). You’re also familiar with tools like Selenium and working with structured data formats such as JSON or XML.
• You enjoy working experimentally, develop working prototypes, and turn ideas into production-ready solutions with a pragmatic mindset.
• You take initiative, contribute actively in a collaborative environment, and help shape the next generation of AI testing tools.
• You're flexible and willing to travel regularly to support our clients on-site.
• Fluent German skills (C1) are a key requirement for working successfully in client projects.
